Privacy policy

DaVinci Frames ("we") sells made-to-order wall art from Accra, Ghana. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, who we share it with and your rights under Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).

What we collect

  • Orders: your name, phone number, email (optional), delivery address, area or GhanaPost GPS code, and order details.
  • Your photos: pictures you upload for a framed print, used only to make your order.
  • Payments: handled by Paystack or Flutterwave. We never see or store your card number or Mobile Money PIN — only the payment status and reference.
  • Account: if you create one, your login details and order history.
  • Chat: messages you send to our shopping assistant, used to answer you and to improve the service.
  • Problem reports: the details and photos you send if an order goes wrong.
  • Partner program: if you join, your payout details (Mobile Money number or bank account) and your referral activity.
  • Browsing: pages visited, device and approximate location, through cookies (below).

How we use it

To make and deliver your order, take payment, send order updates, handle problem reports and refunds, pay partner commissions, prevent fraud and abuse, improve our shop and — only if you subscribe — send you offers. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with

Only what each needs to do its job:

  • Partner workshops and couriers in Ghana, who make and deliver your order (name, phone, address, your photo where relevant).
  • Payment processors: Paystack and Flutterwave.
  • Messaging: our email provider, and Telegram if you link your account for updates.
  • Address lookup: OpenStreetMap, to turn a location into a delivery area.
  • AI services: our assistant uses Google's Gemini models to answer chat messages.

We don't sell your personal data.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep your cart and login working and to protect forms, a referral cookie that remembers which partner sent you (for 30 days). You can clear or block cookies in your browser; the cart and login need the essential ones.

How long we keep it

Order and payment records are kept as long as the law requires for tax and accounting. Uploaded photos and chat messages are kept only as long as needed to complete and support your order. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or object to marketing. Contact us at info@davinciframes.shop or through our contact page. You can also complain to Ghana's Data Protection Commission.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, payments are processed by PCI-compliant providers, and access to customer data is limited to the staff who need it.

We'll update this page if our practices change and show the date at the top.
