These terms apply when you buy from DaVinci Frames, Accra, Ghana. By placing an order you agree to them.
Our products
Shadow boxes are our designs printed edge to edge on a 3.5 cm deep block with the image wrapping around the sides — no glass and no frame. "Your Photo · Framed Print" is your own photo printed and framed in a gold or black fiber frame. Every piece is made to order by a partner workshop in Ghana. Colours on screen can differ slightly from the printed piece.
Prices
Prices are in Ghana Cedi (GHS) and shown on each product page for the size and finish you choose. The delivery fee for your address is added at checkout before you pay.
Payment
Pay securely online before delivery with Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, AT Money) or a bank card, through Paystack or Flutterwave. Cash on delivery is not available: every piece is made to order, so production starts once payment is confirmed.
Your photos
When you upload a photo, you confirm you took it or have the right to print it. We don't print images that infringe someone else's copyright or are unlawful or offensive, and may cancel and refund such an order.
Production and delivery
Production starts once payment is confirmed. Lead times and delivery estimates are shown on the product page and at checkout; they're estimates, and we'll keep you updated if anything changes. See Delivery.
Damage, faults and refunds
If your piece arrives damaged, faulty or not as ordered, report it within 7 days of delivery and we'll remake it free or refund you. Because each piece is made for you, we don't accept change-of-mind returns. Full details: Returns, damage & refunds.
Partner program
Partners earn commission on the products in orders placed through their link, after discounts and excluding delivery. Commission is confirmed once the order is paid and reversed if it is refunded or cancelled.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Ghanaian law.
